They NEVER have what you need! It's always a compromise! First it was the juice. "Well it's really popular". Huh! ORDER MORE OF IT THEN. I buy my juice elsewhere now, for about the quarter of the cost. Then there are coils, they never have what I use, they sold the tank to me, but they never have the coils I use. Done there as well! Today I go in and get $hit about a mask. I do have one and I did forget it. But I guess you don't want my business, I just left. I will get the same battery charger they would of charged me $75 bucks for, online for $40 bucks. And I'll have it in two days. read more

I've used several Vape Shops in the past few years and although I've really no complaints about any of them, Resistance Vapor by far, out customer services them all. They have gone above and beyond in resolving several problems I've had with my product; my most recent visit with yet another problem resulted in their exchanging it for a new, slightly higher priced product - not grudgingly, happily. This place is awesome! I've been to both stores. Bought my stuff in McHenry, and had a leak before I even got into the car! Took it back in, and Tony fixed it. It was leaking again an hour later! So I took it back again, and was told, "I will swap out the tank for new one no problem".I bought the cheapest tank. I told Tony, I don't want another one of those. Will you upgrade me to what you have, and I will pay the difference in price? "YES! I will do whatever you want". He reccomended a tank between the one I bought and what he was running. So I went with that one. He also gave me a free bottle of juice for my trouble! Used it for over week. And started to have problems getting a good hit off it. A friend who vapes, tried it and told me go get some new coils. So I did that at the Woodstock store, and it worked good for about a day. And the same thing, just didn't get any smoke (or vape in this case I guess). So I took it in to Woodstock and showed them what was happening today. We tried my tank on their device, one good hit and then nothing. So they tried one of their own, new coils for free! That didn't work either. I was running 4 ohm coils. (I will point out, I don't know what I'm doing. I'm new to this)! So they then suggested 2 ohm coils, and we tried that. Wow! What a difference! Now I exhale, and briefly block out the sun with the cloud! My INexperience isn't THEIR problem! But they made their problem! They took the 4 coils I had left from a five pack. And replaced them with 2 ohm coils. No questions asked! And to some, the problems I had, may sound bad! But these guys custom taylored something, that works for ME! The tank thing wasn't my fault, but it wasn't their fault either! They didn't build the tank. "But I can get it online for $3 cheaper"! Well go ahead, see what happens when there IS a problem. "But vape shop B is $3 a bottle cheaper on juice"! Ok go there then, and see what kind of service you get! With rewards program Resistance has, it's all about the same price. These guys have done nothing, but provide EXCELLENT SERVICE TO ME! And even if I did pay $3 more for this or $5 more for that... I don't care! These guys have my back! I will support them with my business! I don't have ship anything back, (at my cost I'm sure), or deal with "Well we can't really cover that. Because we didn't build that Chinese tank". I have never demanded anything there! Didn't have to! They just fix it! I'm old and cranky! And I have money! I don't want to hear excuses, I want to see results. And this company does all that!
