I forwarded an email chain from over 2 years ago showing I sent them my bill, and that I requested help and she ignored me and refused to let me talk to the provider. I called back in and she kept me on hold repeatedly refusing to answer my call. Came in for a physical and to have blood work done. They sent my bloodwork to quest, and to my surprise one test (of the many they requested), randomly was not covered by my insurance despite the rest being covered. The cost of this one random test that was not covered was over 400 dollars while the rest show 5-10 dollars billed to insurance with a 0 dollar out of pocket cost on the itemized receipt. I was getting blown up by quest, threatening to send me to collections, etc.. and primary cart specialist of south Florida told me it was an error and that quest should not have done this and would handle it. Fast forward almost 2 years later and I get a collection company letter in the mail stating quest has sent me to collections and that they've bought the debt. Absolutely awful experience with this office, they told me over and over they would handle this and now I'm being sent to collections and my credit is being majorly impacted because they failed to do any sort of follow up.

Dr.Callari was able to answer all my questions regarding my diagnose and was able to give me options to treat the severe congestion that would be non invasive and cost effective. The cause for my low rating is not related to the professionals delivering the counseling services, but the office management and front desk staff. From my first visit, to my last, every encounter has been unprofessional and most time blatantly rude. I've had ongoing issues with incorrect billing, which up until today has not been corrected, and will be the reason why I will stop seeking services there. The most notable mention is the lack of respect given to clients by the Asian/ Jamaican staff member at the front desk. Upon arrival at my first visit, I asked a question related to appointment and billing. She never responded to me verbally, but instead pointed a finger at another staff member to indicate that she was the one who would be assisting me. All of my encounters with the Asian/Jamaican staff member from that point forward were also unpleasant, unprofessional and at times hostile. I would recommend anyone seeking help for an issue, not compound your situation with frustration and rude encounters. The management needs to assess their staff culture and service delivery and do better. Especially when working with people in fragile and vulnerable conditions. My advice is stay away.

While we dont see Dr Miskin very often we try to get dad in for an annual check up. Most of the time we see Dr Mishkin if dad has to go to the emergency room after an incident. Dr Mishkn is a quiet patient doctor and always listens to whatever is said to him. He seems very mild mannered and does a great job with dad. I am glad Dr Mishkin is my fathers primary physician.

Now I can't get the results or a referral to a cardiologist or even make an appointment with the doctor because she blocked my phone from calling the office. Totally dangerous and unprofessional. Unfortunately, doctor Mishkin lets this behavior go unchecked and his patients are suffering. Imagine. A doctor's office blocking a sick patient's phone.
