He suggested that I make an appointment at his office located in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida to have a routine test in order to rule out certain things. I made the appointment for noon as that was the time he would arrive at the office. At 12:45 p.m., a receptionist said it shouldn't be too much longer. After waiting two hours, I got the receptionist and an Office Manager, Inna, to admit that they had kept me waiting because the examining room was not available. I was very upset and prepared to leave the office. At the time I arrived for my noon appointment, there was one other person in the waiting room; when I left there were 10 people in a very small waiting room. Dr. Kovacs came to the waiting room as I prepared to walk out and I confronted him about making me wait for two hours. He was surprised that I was upset. Dr. Kovacs is rude and does not care about inconveniencing his patients. I would never recommend anyone seeing him.

Not kidding!! After that, he went through 20 minutes of different testing covering all bases to make sure she was ok!!! Prescribed the needed meds and smiled and left. He actually cared and it showed!! Excellent bed side manor!! (Rare these days!!) then, right when I thought we were all set, the senior practitioner (Saffori) called just to make sure all is well and followed up 2 more times regarding status and recovery. She was almost instantly better within 30 minutes. He saved our Christmas and our vacation! Dr. Saffouri is professional, polite, brilliant, and has the bedside manner of a saint. I know it's hard to believe. As she told me that was the doctor request!!!! Why would a doctor refuse to give clients their treatments when they ask for side effect?!!!
