First there is no fees to do the activities but they had less activities because it is a true growing farm. Many animals walking around and you could purchase feed to feed the goats for a small fee. We enjoyed seeing the longhorn cattle on our way there and all the chickens walking around. We rode out to the pumpkin patch on a wagon pulled by a tractor. The pumpkin patch is really large and the ride was quite nice. We bought a small pumpkin that was reasonably priced at $4.00.

It is foaling season now so there are many darling babies, with their wobbly little legs, coming into this world nearly everyday until around late May or so. They are closely protected by their mamas and monitored by the farm staff around the clock. You can't deny that God exists when you are witness to such perfection; and to boot, one of these hopefuls could be future KY Derby, Breeders, OR Triple Crown winners. It's such an amazing experience, it's really hard to put into words. Many thanks to the Endeavor team for the KY hospitality!

The staff is very informative and friendly. They take their time providing detailed history of each horse you see. We were able to pet a couple and feed all of them. Remember, put the carrot on an open/flat palm. We met Silver Charm, the oldest Living Kentucky Derby winner. We met Preakness Stakes Winners, I'll Have Another and Big Brown. We also met Hall of Fame, Lava Man. Over $150 equine athletes in the facility. I will return someday soon to do the Founders Tour!! The tour check in is located in the mansion. The tour starts there as well with a bit of history of the distillery and property and a tasting of two different bourbons. It continues next store in the distillery with two more tastings along the way. We had an energetic and knowledgeable guide all to ourselves because we were there midday on a Thursday. She answered all of our questions and, due to her overall knowledge of Kentucky bourbon, helped to put perspective on their products. For the few offerings they have, they are quite diverse. But I want to return for when they have the pickled bourbon back in stock (crossing fingers it's over the holidays)!

We took advantage of the water slide during that time with no line! Day passes were available and super reasonably priced. The snack bar had great prices and delicious food. I wish something like this was in our area.
