My biggest disappointment was with Botox. I was previously paying just under $500 for 130 units of Dysport elsewhere and getting great results. LaserAway doesn't offer Dysport, so they recommended a Botox equivalent--but the cost was nearly four times higher. I only went through with it because I had built up credits from other treatments, which brought the price down closer to what I was used to paying. Unfortunately, the results were very minimal. Due to travel and work, I didn't follow up until about two months later, and while I understand I was outside their typical window, they were unwilling to offer any resolution. Given the amount I've spent with them and the referrals I've made, I expected a different level of customer care. Just be cautious--don't let the aggressive marketing sway you, and make sure you compare pricing and policies before committing.
