When we walked in I was a little Leary and hardly anyone spoke any English . It was hard to communicate what we wanted and my friend and I ordered the volcano pedi and we got two different things . I would have loved to give this place a wonderful review, unfortunately I can't. The salon was a bit confusing at first. After arriving 10 minutes before our appointment time, we were left standing at the desk area confused on where to go without further instruction. After we were sat down at the pedi spas, they filled the bowls with extremely hot water. It took a minute for the salon to get situated to assign us ( my sister, her 16 yr old daughter and myself) nail techs. It wasn't my lucky day. The lady that was placed with me had the lightest touch, pretended to clip my cuticles and didn't even attend to my right foot. I know what you're thinking. Why didn't I say anything during the service? I did, I kept trying to talk to her and I was responded with," I don't speak English. No no I don't speak English." Somehow they roped me into getting a $25 manicure with gel nails And four days later they're already chipping off. They didn't even make it to Christmas, I got them done on the 20th. I would be surprised if she has a license. SMH for the prices I'd definitely go other places in town. You don't get pedicure pictures. ;) read more

I got my nails done on Saturday and my nails were chipped by Sunday evening. I told the lady I didn't have time for a full manicure I just wanted shellac . She did what she wanted to anyways then the other lady said they'll last me longer with manicure. I also told the lady doing my nails I don't like them square to round them. She did what she wanted and said it was prettier. I had graduation a few hours later so didn't have time for her to fix it and she cut into the time I needed anyways. Very disappointing and do not recommend. They also had to charge me twice bc their communication of services were lacking. read more

I gave this place chance after chance just to be left disappointed yet again.. I came here strictly just for a pedicure and asked if they could just take the shellac off my nails from the last appointment. The lady kept pushing to do my nails but I kept telling her no because 1.) I already have a nail tech and I stand by her 2.) the last times they done my nails I was disappointed. Yet-- she kept assisting and my nail tech didn't get back to me so I told them okay that's fine but I know I'm very picky when it comes to my nails so I showed them a picture and asked if they could do it and they said yes. Long story short-- no they couldn't. The lady didn't even know what she was doing. I basically had to tell her how to do it and there were times when she wasn't listening and doing her own thing and I was very patient, not rude and was settling but honestly I'm over this place. Vivian the manager knew something was up so she helped me with my wants but this time around she was rude. I told her hi said didn't say anything to me told her thank you, didn't acknowledged me. Yes, I still tipped after all that trouble but I have a good heart and promised myself this will be the last time I enter into that nail salon ever again. read more
