I was quite shocked to find out they had such low opinions of the people that go in there also there is a sale going on now we are all winter apparel is one dollar but when I went to buy a pair of little boy boots and a coat I was charged full price when I mentioned that it should be one dollar apiece they told me that they couldn't do it outside there is a large sign that says all winter apparel ALL!!! I told them that it was false advertisement and he just shrugged if they did not have good stuff in there once in a while I would never go back

After having such horrendous experiences at this store in the past couple of years that I…read morecompletely stopped going there and the twenty or so people I had told about it all shared common stories, I decided to frequent it again a few times. As it turns out some of the prices are more reasonable now but some items were way out of line. One of the things that really upset me the most was the snide manner that some of the staff there has towards their customers. They either have zero social skills and are not very personable or they are just flat out rude. I can't say this for everyone however as the young blonde that works there is very friendly and personable. In my last visit, by that I mean my last visit to the store this week and most certainly my last visit ever. I entered the store and walked around to look at some items. The two girls at the counter were just chatting away. As they saw me go to exit their tone of voice went way down and they began to whisper. Now I am not paranoid or conceited but it is a pretty good idea not to talk talk about your customers in a whisper when they are walking by. It was obvious they were talking about me. The lady with the figure like a bowling pin and I use the term lady loosely has been rude to me before on more than one occasion. It did not upset me that much as I was used to being treated poorly by some of the employees when I entered the store but I most certainly will not frequent this store ever again. If you want to pay $9.99 for a dirty used pair of under armor flip flops and have people talk about you when walk in then I would say it's a great place to shop but not really. You can get a brand new pair or Body Glove flip flops at Ocean State Job Lot for only $7.99 and they actually smile at you there and do not talk about you when you leave. To anyone that has had a bad experience here and I know there are many, I implore to reach out not to the local director or Sergent at arms or what ever his title is but try to contact the regional director and lodge a complaint like I plan to do. In the mean time save yourself the hassle and shop at Resource or Benefit shop. They actually appreciate your business.
