I like to work with independently owned local businesses whenever possible…read more I've had negative experiences with Tatro's Appliances in the past but it was mostly their inability to return calls, schedule service in a reasonable timeframe. I called them over 3 weeks ago because the washing machine was making a major racket during the spin cycle. I had to wait two weeks for the repairman to come. They said he would show up between 9:00 am - 1pm. When I called at 1:15, they said it had changed and he'll be there by 5:00. When I called at 5:15 they said he was late and would call me when he was half an hour away. He called at 8:00 pm. I said no thankyou, too late. I waited another week for him to come, which he did and immediately said it wasn't fixable and I needed a new washer. I paid him for the visit, $158.00. When I called the next day to talk about a new washer, the receptionist directed me to the Electrolux website to look at washers.....even though she had some on the showroom floor. I bought one and she wouldn't schedule the installation until after my check arrived. Five days later I called to see if they had the money, and they did....they could schedule the installation in another week. Meanwhile, I read reviews and found a more highly rated washing machine at Lowe's for less $$.....bought it online and they installed it THE NEXT DAY. Courteous, professional, communicative service.....everything Tatro's is not.

All set up and ready to go. The guys were professional and friendly. They even let my kitty help! It's sad people only usually give reviews when something goes wrong. I would recommend.
