Apparently after having my taxes done for years at this company, my name was on "the list" to…read morereceive a letter stating they could no longer keep me as a client. Well I never got the letter so when I called to set up my yearly appointment, I got unceremoniously dumped! The receptionist said, " Oh, you were on " the list" and should have received " the letter". So sorry". Hmm...very strange way to treat someone who always paid in full at the end of her appointment!
