RHS has provided me with excellent service. They took the time to review all equipment and address all questions. Their respiratory tech Troy was excellent and his service was exceptional from making sure all equipment was explained from cleaning to useage. They made sure I had all the tubing I needed and explained thoroughly how to use portable equipment. I have used other companies before and this company is superior to any other I have used. They are always there 24/7 and will not leave any question unanswered. I am very pleased and feel reassured with this company that they will be there whenever I need them! RHS has 2 significant issues, Customer Service and their pricing model. I have yet to have contact with any RHS that has a modicum of Customer Service. As most of their customer base are AHS patient, the fees are paid by Alberta Health, the end user is of little to no interest to any and all the employees, Customer Service is by far the lowest priority. I have left Messages for many people over the last few years and have never received a return call. As well, I rarely hear the same information for their people, from replacement of the bipap to type of service available. Secondly, their Pricing Model is pure and simple, Theft. As many of their customer base are senior citizens on limited incomes, they cannot afford these prices. Amazon, as an example, is at least 50% less than RHS. and there other outlets whose pricing is significantly lower than RHS. I recently returned my machine for repair and when it was returned it was missing the water chamber, which was SoClean compatible. I know that the SoClean can damage the insulation but I find the convenience more important, and are willing to get periodic repairs. Very disappointed read more

So, as you can guess this was not a Great appointment. Started all with me having to purchase a new coca machine do the F&P incon that you sold me, turned out to be a piece of garbage. I say that because I went through 3 machines in 10 year. Then finding out that the issue with this machine was know but yet you kept selling them... But this was not the reason of my appointment today. I purchased a New sleep style and was needing a tech to set up my levels. These levels ofcourse only known by your techs. Now I know there was going to be a charge. But for 15min of time and not even a functioning test I was charged $250..... Now I'm unemployed because of covid and do not have extra health coverage. I needed to cut costs and purchase my cpap from a online site. I would had them set up my settings If i was able to see them. But as the tech told they are not allowed to show us that info. And also, if I were to had purchased the machine from rhs the setting up of the machine would have been covered by the cost....also any other visits with the machine would have been covered...... Needless to say after 10 years with your company, 3 machines, masks, parts and appointments. I won't be coming through your doors again. I can say that cpap has changed my life. But until I find another respiratory company that can change my mind, ALL OF THIS INDUSTRY IS OUT TO SUCK MONEY OUT OF CLIENTS..... read more

These people are nothing more than sleazy salesman. They'll play up your condition and then tell you that you need a $2700 machine. If you can't afford it, they tell you they have a donated machine to get you to come back. Then they'll use high pressure sales tactics to try and get you for the $2700. Including telling you take out a loan to pay for it. Complete waste of time. Further more, I found the same machine online, brand new for $900. These people are crooks. read more
