It was a full 2-day, 16-hour program, but the team did an excellent job making it both comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The training facility itself is clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which made a big difference during a longer course like this.   Their attention to detail really stood out. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure everyone fully understood the material - not just to pass, but to be responsible and confident moving forward.   Big thanks to Bo, Mike, and Luis - all three are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. BUT when got the copy it wasn't for the total amount I had paid . I asked why wasn't the complete amount reflecting on receipt which was hand written by them by the way ! . I was told that the credit card fees couldn't be showing on the receipt . What kind of business is this ? That won't show the total amount you paid them ! BS place ! It was my first time here and last ! There are better places in the valley to get these classes done .

You just put your order in online and they will call you in the next couple of days that it's ready and they just need to know ahead of time when you are going to be picking up so they can have things ready for you. The employees are very friendly at pickup I was in and out in under 5 minutes, even when I showed up earlier than my pre picked time. They smiled, said it was no problem and instantly handed over a paper bag with the 2 packs I had preordered. it was pain free. honestly, for the price of the packs and the easy at which to get them, SOS is a must as far as I'm concerned. They did have her desired shirt but unfortunately, due to a shortage of staff, no one was being allowed inside so all purchase requests were being made and filled from outside the roped off entrance. I mistakenly assumed that she was shopping for her volunteer work with the Red Cross. But no, she's been involved with CERT as well, for many more years on and off. On future visits I'd suggest calling first; though I'm not sure if anyone will answer.

The front desk girl was rude and had a major attitude. She said I was not able to get hep b titers or a chest X-ray with the physical and that I would have to come back. The next appointment is another week away and I'd like to start working. Then she said she needed the declination form for HepB since she wouldn't do the titer. really?! Not sure why she needed this as she wasn't my employer. She looked about 12 and had a lazy eye. She refused to ask anyone either. All of this should have been communicated before the appt. I did not need to be told in a condescending manner. So I basically was not able to complete my pre employment clearance. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I would recommend anywhere else.
