In February, 2023, I contracted with him to make two molds for me. He told me they would be ready in two weeks. I made the down payment of $15,000 and waited. Weeks, months past, with one excuse after another until today, December 1, and I still do not have my molds. They do not respond to telephone calls, text messages or emails. Occasionally, someone would answer and say Luis was not available. When I did have an infrequent occasion to speak with him, there was always an excuse regarding the hold up. He promised the molds were being made. I asked for pictures of the work in progress, he told me he would send them but never did. Finally, I asked him to return my deposit. -once again- excuses A few weeks ago, He told me he mailed the deposit in two checks (which were never received.) Again, excuses. One more month passed and he further told me he was mailing two more checks that night by UPS Overnight. The checks never arrived. Luis only responds to threats of litigation. He is a fraud, con man and is pathologically dishonest Luis has cost me at least one hundred thousand dollars in lost business since February and It is my further belief, he did not even attempt to make my molds.
