Don't believe the 4 1/2 star rating for Response!! If you read thru, you will find about 60% 3 or 4 word sentences as a rating that are obviously PAID FOR! You will also see that in NONE of these "positive ratings" does ANYONE give an account of the "THOUSANDS OF $$" they made by actually using this so called "proven method" of making serious money by "wholesaling houses" to investors-because no-one DOES make any money....despite ratings going back to earlier than 2015..... RUN!! DON'T just walk away from this company! Again RUN!! They will entice you with heavy handed "bait & switch" tactics that produce ZERO results for all but 1% of the people that get their "training". Both the FTC and Utah Attourney General are currently in the process of shutting them down! You can find the details of the Lawsuits brought by the Federal Trade Commission and Utah State Attourneys office with a simple google search. You DEFINITELY WANT TO REVIEW THIS as it contains DEEP details of the unethical and ILLEGAL PRACTICES they are being charged with by both the Utah Attorney Generals office and the Federal Trade Commission. First you will be cajoled into paying around $1100 for a 3-day "workshop" where you will supposedly learn all you need to learn to do "wholesaling".....what it REALLY is is a 3-day high pressure sales pitch, which will give you almost NONE of the needed wholesaling info, complete with them getting as much of your financial info as they can on a sheet they give you within the first 10 minutes of the class which asks you all sorts of "qualifying" questions which in reality is to determine whether or not you can afford the NEXT step of "advanced" training which will run oyu between $20K, $35K or up to $50k!!! I was duped into spending the $$ to do the "Diamond Elite" program which included an informative, "Boots on the Ground" training (full of information available for FREE at BiggerPockets.com) BUT-this training could have been gotten for a much lower level training with Response-More on why that is important. At this point you will be given access to a website FILLED with obsolete information to start your investment career. You will also be able to call their "customer service" who will give you inconsistent info from one agent to another and although you paid 10's of thousands of $$ for unlimited access your calls are LIMITED and to have more time you have to call back... Then comes the crem-de-la-crem trip to Utah for more "advanced training"-Nopers!! They just re-hash "Boots on the Ground" coupled with a TON of upselling sales pitches designed to get you to BUY thousands and thousands of $$ worth of "resources" and "coaching" that is both unneeded and unnecssary until you have sold several properties....which happens for ALMOST NO ONE!! Basically 3 days of high pressure upselling with almost NO NEW "education" to help you complete a deal... Now, lest you think I didn't actually "work their plan"...I DID!! I went out and got more than 2 dozen different "investor/flipper/buyers". I was also successful in getting 3 different properties under contract, which BTW-required thousands of $$ out of my pocket in earnest money to get them under contract, that i was told by Responses' team 'were great wholesaling deals" that should sell with no issues-Truth be told -ALL of my buyers told me that the 3 deals I presented were "BAD" deals-even though i followed Responses' advice to a proverbial "T". One real estate agent fired me and I now have a reputation with these local buyers as being someone who only brings BAD deals to them~ Thanks RESPONSE! At this point I have already began taking aggressive steps to recover the $31,000 that we paid for this all but worthless training. After making a request to get my money back-per their promises of satisfaction, all Wendy Young from Response did was offer me even MORE training, which in all likelihood they would eventually charge me for!! Summary: Response/interactive trader is a poor value. Details: In hindsight, what I should have done and now whole heartily recommend to anyone interested in this craft is for you to SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY on this fancy education package or at the very least sit on it for a week - don't worry 'the deal' will still be there.  Instead watch the free education available on YouTube from likes of optionAlpha and Tastytrade to learn all about the inner-workings of options contract, strategies, and most importantly risk management (btw nobody is paying me to write this review, just wanna share my lesson learned as a heads up) and further supplement your education with trading books which many are available on audible for busy body on the go.  Then jump in, trade often but trade small like around $1 ~ $10 per option contract.  Learn the macro econ and market sentiment because they set the overall tone, practice learning the stocks you plan to trade such as its recent price movement (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly price actions) then focus absolutely on trading the chart action, NOT your expectations and definitely NOT your emotion.  There is only one rule, the market's rule.  The trader is the most vulnerable and weakest link of this whole process.  By trading small it'll take a newbie very very long strings of bad trades to blow $15k.  Chances are by the time $5k is lost to the market you would know if this game is for you or not, and you'll have the benefit of being orders of magnitude ahead of any new graduate of this fancy program.  To wrap up, there is no shortcut to consistent successful trading, even after lots of work and lots of practice most will still fail.  Don't believe me?
