Long overdue review for Dr. Ressler. I've been working with him for probably two years now and I can't say enough great things about him and his practice. This is definitely a company that actually cares about their patients and makes an effort to stay in touch and encourage best practices. Appointment availability is flexible which is a great plus for those working full time. Dr. Ressler really does an amazing and thorough job at getting down to core issues of pain. So I loved the availability of appointments and the doctors desire to educate you about the benefits of chiropractic. My back and neck did feel better after a few visits but that was partially due to the assigned "homework" of exercises and icing. The appointments start on time which is refreshing. They are super communicative and very friendly in the office. However, these are the shortest appointments I've ever had at a chiropractor. Paying a $35 copay for a total of 5 minutes of care which is mostly stretching didn't feel like a good value. When my insurance changed and I wanted to discontinue care I was told the law does not allow abandonment of care. This feels a lot like a hard sell of chiropractic services and I'm not a fan. I still get multiple texts and emails weekly from the practice despite unsubscribing and no longer being a patient. read more

This review is LONG overdue. I happened to find Dr. Ressler's office a few years ago when I moved out to South City and I'm really thankful I did. In general, my joints kind of suck. I have TMD (TMJ) and have the sort of day job that ensures I need a tune-up every once in a while (doesn't help that I'm a little clumsy on my feet). Dr. Ressler is the best chiropractor I've ever seen and I cannot recommend him enough. He fixes up my jaw when it gets locked up, sorts my back and neck out whenever it's out of alignment and he was even able to help me with my ankle injury (mild sprain) and give me good advice on how to care for it. I went to see Dr. Ressler after my niece begged me see him just before I was scheduled for back surgery at Kaiser. He asked me questions regarding any previous fall in the past and explained that the fall caused misalignment in my spine. The regular doctor Never asked about my history nor shared X-rays. Dr. Ressler showed me the X-rays and pointed out the cause of the injury. I decided to cancel the surgery and, instead, receive chiropractic treatments from Dr. Ressler. It was not a short recovery but when I did, I was taking Zumba classes! Prior to his treatment I needed a cane to walk and could not even bend over to touch my knees. Was at Ressler Chiropractic this week. I had a good visit as always. It has been a while between visits because I'm not in the city as much anymore. But I do like to make a visit on a regular basis if possible. I've been coming to Ressler Chiropractic for more than 25 years. It's always good to be with people you've known for a while; and who know you. Ressler has kept up with the latest technology, and as always, has a friendly and helpful staff. When he moved offices from Callan Blvd I wasn't sure if I'd like the new smaller office. But I do. It's easier to get to, right off of El Camino Real, instead of up on the hill at the top of Westborough. Now the setting is more down to earth, easy-going and more connected to the community, than before. SamTrans bus 122 and the El Camino bus are just outside the door, making for easy access to transit. And yes, there is plenty of parking too. read more

If you can put up with his very inconvenient hours (which differ from the Yelp, his website and the Google listed hours) and the fact that the hours change with no notice to patients, he's a good chiropractor. I made the mistake of showing up 3 minutes late once or twice and had to deal with him admonishing me. Neck and shoulder pain have been nagging at me for years since a car accident in my teens. I've lost sleep and massage would make it worse. Pillows and sleep positions never helped. I noticed I'd become dependant on the rear view mirror instead of actually turning my head. Lucky for me, I found Dr. Dave through a friend who suffered the same. We reviewed the x-rays of my neck and discovered the natural curve was wrong. I've always been a skeptic about chiropractors so I asked questions that I had about pain, stiffness, nerves and how to prevent further injury. Dr. Dave gave me thorough answers and great advice that has helped me to understand my neckbone and body connection. It's been only about 6 months and I can actually bend my neck backward and point my chin over each shoulder without pain! This is through commitment of seeing Dr. Dave as instructed. The ladies at the front desk are great! I am notoriously late and have had to reschedule (sorry!). They're very good at accommodating me. I highly recommend Dr. Dave to anyone who is suffering back, neck or shoulder pain. I used to take a lot of Tylenol / Motrin / Advil in the morning and 'deal with it'. This office is amazing. The staff and the positive energy from them all is supper. My pinched nerve in my neck/ shoulder was killing me and I couldn't sleep. But after like 3 weeks I can sleep and feel sooo much better...... he gave me some stretch moves and to apply ice. Boom better read more

I have been a patron to Ressler Chiropractic for over 25 years ( AKA Westborough Chiropractic since 1980's) I've had my share of injuries which started in my early (nothing can slow me down) days to 30 years in the Trades and finally learning to adapt my Body Mechanics and avoid serious Back, Shoulder & Knee surgeries, thanks in a big part to Dr Ressler. Since I have been a physician's assistant for over 3 years, I already have decent enough knowledge that I had a pinched nerve in my neck for sleeping wrong. Dr. Ressler immediately figured out my diagnosis and after a 20 session with him he was able to totally relieve my pinched nerves. Before this I have try several chiropractors and often without significant improvement. I was in Boston on a Sunday in agony, and had to fly back to SFO that day. Bad day. I contacted Dr. Ressler and he agreed to come into his office ON A SUNDAY to meet me after my flight landed. I hadn't been a patient of his previously so this was even more awesome of him than it would have been otherwise. And then of course the question is, did it work? And the answer is, incredibly well. I was able to lie down that night (had spend the previous night sitting up); I went in to see him the next day for one more treatment, and I've been fine since. Dr. Ressler is GREAT! I used to be skeptical about chiropractic care because I didn't know what it was all about. Dr. Ressler greatly informed me of its many benefits. I like it that he doesn't just tell you how to be healthy, but rather how to stay healthy. I used to have frequent headaches and back pain, but now I no longer have them. There are so many great things about Westborough Chiropractic that I like. For one, you don't have to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes for a parking spot, they are in a great location where parking is not a problem. Also, I like the happy spirit in the office.
