Called several chiropractor and begging for a walk in but Many wouldn't take me in or closed as it's 4th of July tomorrow. I was so lucky to get a same day walk-in app. My neck is hurting from traveling and it's handicap me From moving around, I needed to be seen so badly today. When I finally met Dr. Bautista, he gave me a very good thorough examination and his compassion is so sincere as if I felt like his only client. That's so important to me to have someone take the time to know you. He gave me a very detailed analysis of my neck problems and started treatment. A fun fact about his he went to Santa Clara university where my daughter attends. After being sent by him, I felt s bit better even though I wasn't completely healed. It was truly worth it and everyone who has neck or back pains needs to start getting their alignment check before it's too late. Had I been seeing my chiro regularly, this probably would not have happened to him. Although I could have saved a 35 min drive from Santa Clara and stayed in the area to find a chiropractor in the area, I never forgot how great my experience and didn't want to chance just seeing anyone. He provides a very detailed explanation of the area that will be treated rather than just going to work at it which I truly appreciate. Dr. Batista is really friendly, knows what he's doing. I feel better after the session. I carry a lot of heavy things, especially on my right side, I use more. So it has tension on that side the most. I used to go every month but that didn't help, so I went every other week, that wasn't working. So now I go every week. I'm pretty impressed with this doctor. My wife went to Dr. Bautista for a neck problem. My wife is not a real fan of chiropractic care due to past experience. But, her neck was so painfull that I convinced her to see one. She went to Dr. Baustista because he took my insurance and he was local. Despite that, I just prayed that he was a good chiropractor for my wife's sake. After her first appointment, we were shocked how far she improved. First of all, she spent a WHOLE HOUR with him, not the 2-5 minutes that one normally gets with a typical chiropractor. Some people have that healing touch, it is obvious Dr. Bautista is blessed with that natural ability to assess and adjust away the pain. He has been able to focus on my problem areas, specifically neck and low back. Afterwards I immediately find relief and my spine in correct posture. I LOOOOOOVE Dr. Bautista. He always asks me what I'm feeling or if I have any new injuries, but it's almost unnecessary because I know he can tell just by feeling my back. Sometime's I just say.. just the usual (right hip and shoulder) and I know I'm lying.. and he'll just feel and be like.. "right hip tight, left hip locked.. right shoulder tight.. shoulder blades need adjustment.." and I'm like.. yup.. all of that.. I'm all F'd up.. Sometimes it takes 1-2 moves to fix everything, he's always super fast, very thorough.. always explains what he's doing as he's doing it.. gives you a quick rundown of everything that he fixed before you leave.. and recommends when you should return. The whole ordeal takes 10-15 minutes, perfect if you wanna run over on your lunch break. The staff there is also great, super friendly, quick, efficient, and caring. Sometimes, if you're really messed up, they heat you up and then apply a hot-to-cold lotion that feels amazing for up to an hour after you leave.. which they sell there as well.. I do not recommend applying this lotion on your own at home, and falling asleep with the window open to cool air, as it may feel euphoric and you may become addicted to it, (from personal experience). read more
