My insurance changed, and I was in need of a new chiropractor who accepted my plan. I've seen a few chiropractors in the past and have seen a lot of benefit from treatment to maintain my back, neck, and knees. When looking at reviews, Dr. Bamdad seemed to be a very experienced chiropractor with awesome client experiences, but I found his care to be seriously lacking, his demeanor unfriendly, and his adjustments somewhat violent. I will not go back. I saw him a few times in the course of the past year, and he never took much time to evaluate my pain or my current physical condition. Although I'm generally a friendly, easygoing person, he seemed annoyed by my presence, and gave off a sense of superiority and irritability. In our brief conversations, he made inappropriate references to his ex-wife, and showed no interest in myself or my specific needs. My hands-on adjustments were no longer than 3 minutes, for which I was happy because his hurried adjustments were uncomfortable and felt overly aggressive and angry. When he was adjusting me and he didn't get a response/crack he liked, he just used more force and made me feel like something was wrong with me. I was worried I might be injured. read more

I've been to numerous chiropractors, all of which felt more like salesmen with no experience rather than wellness doctors. He "listens", this is very important as every patient is different. Thank goodness I finally found a pro! No one else could read my x-rays properly but Dr. Bamdad spotted the problem right away. The x-rays were blurry and dark but that didn't keep him from spotting a 25 year old injury while correctly identifying the current one. I had forgotten about that old injury until he spotted it. I know it sounds cliche but they do make you feel like family. They are there to take care of you. It's the best of both worlds when it comes to treatment. Fixed my posture after 1 visit. The last time I went to the chiropractor was 10 years ago and I left feeling worse then before and my neck has been messed up ever since so I was skeptical about trying this again. My neck and upper back have been killing me and I've been working to fix my posture cuz I slouch really bad. Dr. Bamdad adjusted me and when I stood up I felt taller I was able to stand up straight without having to try or tell myself. And unlike other chiropractors he didn't try and get me to come back every week jus to get money. I visited the office, and was surprised by the clean and relaxing environment, the friendly reception, and the calming and comforting presence of Dr. Bamdad. After listening to me explain the symptoms, he not only got totally rid of the pain in just a few sessions, but he also gave me a couple of useful tips and tricks to help prevent the problem from re-occurring. I recently visited his office again, this time for neck and shoulder pain (due to spending too much time on a laptop in a not-so-ergonomic setup). Where to start?!?...I encountered a very bad back injury in my early 20's at the gym and never saw anyone for it...I've been an active gym goer and sports player my whole life, so when the my back pain never returned all throughout my 20's I figured I was in the clear...Nope!! Now I'm in my 30's and BAM!! I twisted to sweep the floor (something we all do without even thinking) and that very normal move caused my legs to give out and I fell to the floor. For weeks I could hardly move, could barely put my clothes on and was in intense pain to the point of sweating from pain while I was at work...For the first time I was actually scared that I'd never be the same again. So that's when my partner told me, "Go to the Chiropractor!!" I was resistant...somewhere I had in in my head that chiropractors are all fake and just want your money...but I was in so much pain, I thought, why not!?! All he had to do was watch me walk (hunch backed due to severe spasms) and he knew exactly what was wrong with me. He was very Honest, Direct and Caring. He is one of the best chiropractors out there. He definitely knows what he's doing. recently got into a car accident got rear ended pretty bad by a bigger truck.
