Once, they needed to leave to answer the phone, but they made up the time and actually gave me a little extra time on my massage. All you have to to is pay attention to the clock to see this. Mya did a full face wax and it was painless and quick. My face went from looking like my father to a woman! I also made a comment on how I had had a horrible experience on getting my eyebrows tinted at another salon previously and she kindly offered to do a tint for me. She took her time and was very attentive while she did my brows. They came out absolutely perfect!! She also made sure I was happy with what I had which the other salon didn't even bother to check I love coming to this place, the workers and the atmosphere. They ended up only doing my back and face when it was supposed to be a full body massage. The pressure also wasn't enough and led to not being a good massage. I was unhappy but still went to tip a little bit but she became insulted and demanded 30-40$. I told her I could do 10$ which was still generous for how bad the massage was and she still attempted to charge my card with a $32 tip when I looked down and I had to argue with her that I'm not giving her 32$ for a bad massage.
