The broth was very thick and filled with meat, not just broth, with big chunks of potatoes and carrots. The pork knuckle could be on or off the bone, it was like 2 servings. It came with white and purple sauerkraut and chives dumplings. I had the goulash, which was a hint of spicy with the paprika and onions. The dumplings (4) sopped up the rest of the gravy. I made a reservation a month in advance, but did not know I had to specifically request for tables outside on the river. When we arrived, only a few outdoor tables were taken, but was told the rest were reserved, so we were seated indoors instead. When we finished our dinner, the same few outdoor tables were occupied. I don't know why the restaurant couldn't just stagger the guests for the outdoor tables according to their reservation times.

The server, Jan, greeted us with warmth and welcome. He offered us samples of local beer and wine while we made our dinner selections. We had the goulash and duck confit. The duck was super tender and delicious. The goulash was also very tasty. We loved the delicious food and the atmosphere! The price is very reasonable, overall a delicious dinner and very good value!
