You also get to do so while watching a Czech folklore dance show; furthermore, the service was impeccable, and the traditional Czech cuisine they serve is a true celebration of local flavors. We began with Zelníky, a delicious cabbage and ham stuffing. The blend of savory ham and tangy cabbage was a pretty tasty way to start the meal. For the main course, we had Špízy, a grilled chicken shish kabob, which was perfectly grilled and served with zelené fazole, (green beans), francouzské brambory (potatoes au gratin), and fresh chléb bread balls.
