Started with the goulash and for my main I went with the beef roll with red cabbage and potatoes. The date went with the homemade bread dumplings with chanterelles in a ham cream sauce and salad. The goulash was salty, simple, and good. The beef roll reminded me of braciola. A little tougher than I expected but not tough per se. The red cabbage was sweet and good. The bread dumplings were fine, but something was missing - maybe a vinegar or squeeze of lemon? The salad was also solid, kind of a quick-kimchi of veg and kraut.
