It was the house red which not only tasted oxidized, but actually tasted like they added a sweetener to it. Yuck! We ordered espresso instead and I had a grappa. The espresso was good enough, but the grappa tasted watered down. They were nice enough not to charge us for the wine at least. The next day (as we were staying at the hotel), we experienced a super rude bartender. He wouldn't let us sit for lunch because my son was finishing a crepe. He was a jerk and didn't have to be. I would stay at the hotel but avoid the cafe.
