The seafood was good but somewhat standard quality. It came with some dipping sauces, which added some nice flavor. I came with a day tour group and it was clear they were catering to people from the tour by making sure the service was super fast - I got my food within literally a matter of a few minutes. The place is decorated in a traditional Dutch seafront town kind of vibe. It was busy when I went although I was able to get seated right away (and clearly service speed was not an issue as all). The staff are fairly friendly too. Overall, the main selling point for this place is the fast service speed, especially if you are here for a quick visit to Volendam as part of a tour.
