I had the perch, the specialty of the house, it comes from Lake Geneva and was exquisite. The presentation was perfect. The salad that comes with the meal, too was delicious, healthy and fresh. Our waitress was playful and helpful, she spoke English and seemed to be a seasoned professional. Lovely vibe. The wine was delicious, a Swiss white. I will post a photo. Atmosphere 5/5: Try to come eat during Summer time and reserve your table in advance because they're booked every night when the weather is good. Eat a dinner right in front of the Leman Lake and the Alps? Priceless to be honest specially when the food is good. Food 5/5: I had the Filets de Perche the first time and the Filets de Boeuf the second time. Both are excellent and were nicely presented. Taste was excellent and everything was fresh. Service 3/5: Service fell short a little bit specially for a restaurant of that standing. You will see a lot of apprentice doing internships here and they might not speak French nor English. So be aware that you might have some difficulty of communication but beside that, everything was excellent. A easy 4+ out of 5 for this restaurant.
