To top it off, we never once had to ask for wine or water refill - it was always offered when running past half (which is the criteria for a real 5 star service restaurant), and also was frequently asked if everything was okay. Even the manager (who I noticed since his photo is on the website) came out to greet and speak to us a for a little. A plus in the winter - they take your coat immediately and will help you put it on when you leave. I didn't even ask for it - they came right away with my coat - 5 star treatment again.
