We noticed too late that most other parties were only drinking and chatting without eating. It was worth a try and if I'm in a pinch to show someone a German brewery then I might take them there for some beer and maybe a schnitzel. They also offer brewery tours (might need to reserve that ahead of time) so that could be a nice combo. The atmosphere in the summer seems to be better too when the outside dining space is also opened. This is not a particularly child friendly location.
