Once inside, it continues that theme: cozy and homey with fireplaces, low ceilings, and a bit of a cramped nature. Pfefferschiff has the air of an old guard, locals-only restaurant. But our service was outstanding and super accomodating despite our lack of German skills. The menu was highly modern with each plate presented as a work of abstract art.
