We also ordered a few flan which were perfectly made; so creamy and delicate: just the right amount of sweet. The enchiladas were balanced and the presentation was appetizing. The fettuccini was classically delicious. What a breathe of fresh air after several very sub par meals in several towns on our way. We're optimistic for the faire in Sinaloa. Very satisfied!
