Overall we had a nice dining experience ar Saint Hubert. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. The food itself was pretty average. We took the menu priced at 27,5 euros.
On every plate of food the main "subject" of the plate was absolutely delicious but the sides were somewhat of a let-down. For example the duck was perfectly cooked but was accompanied by an array of unseasoned veggies, e.g. One partly cooked carrot, one halved potato, a tiny zucchini-curl and the tiniest quenelle of beetroot puree. All plates were overdressed with unflavoursome bits and pieces.
In sum, nice restaurant, good atmosphere, varying quality of food. read more
