Mushroom, steak, and egg yolk 9/10: soo flavorful and balance of veggies and protein. Amazing textures and flavors. Sparkling sangria: 8/10 I don't normally live the taste of alcohol but this was great. Not tooooo strong and if tastes pretty good if you mix it with the orange juice. Fresh orange juice: 10/10 so tangy and delicious. I can't recommend it enough. Patatas bravas: 9/10 solid no complaints! Dessert Tapas: - bread dessert (Tarija): 11/10 amazing dessert that is creamy, cameralized, and has a mochi like texture. This fried chewy dessert is not too sweet and such an affordable price. - coconut pudding 9/10 solid and refreshing if you like flan - bread, chocolate oil, salt 7/10: I live the complex flavors. Do NOT neglect to see their "Suggeriments fora de Carta" on a chalkboard. Most every off-the-chart suggestion we tried was exceptional, with my favorite actually being Tomaquets de Temporada amp Burratina í old D'Alfabrega. This was probably the best Burrata and Tomatoes serving I've ever tasted. It must be their spiced basil oil. The other standout special was a delicious Pintxo de Foie a la Plantxa, luxurious grilled foie gras skewer. A couple of drag queens came in promoting their show. They were a hoot at our table. We were driving east across pyrenees and delayed 2 days in order to eat here. We arrived at 1pm and opted for the surprise menu with a wine pairing. We finished at 4 and took a hike above town and napped in the grass with a view. Absolutely everything was spectacular and the price is a bargain, id guess price is 1/5 to 1/7 of what food like this would cost in a big city, and even then youll be lucky to receive food this good. The paired wine was awesome too. Er occitan is a marvel - my words cant do it justice, i cant recommend it enough. Well worth the time. In my experience restaurants like this dont last forever, visit soon.
