This is a super-typical it's almost kitsch German Ferienwohnung type place right on the sea in…read moreRerik. I was there in the off-season, so of course the town and the hotel were completely dead. From what I let my imagination do, I could see this being a like weekend getaway to the seaside. The beaches are quite big and there are little restaurants and shops that were of courses closed for the off season. Hotel decorated in typical small in fashion, lots of flowers and knick knacks (love it). Rooms were extremely clean and the beds okay. I am pretty sure that each room has a balcony, and I imagined myself out thereabout 15 degrees C warmer and a nice wine and a little jukebox playing while sucking in the sea air. Retstaurant has excellent daily specials and everthing I tried (Erbsentopf, Zanderfilet, Thunfisch Salat) was very well prepared and great portion size.
