1 star for the overall experience, not the food itself.
We chose Sinne to celebrate my aunt's birthday and had high expectations given its Michelin status. While some of the food was enjoyable, the overall guest experience was disappointing.
I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating my aunt's birthday, which was acknowledged, yet there was no acknowledgment during the evening at all, not even a simple happy birthday. It's often the small touches that make a special occasion feel memorable.

When I shared polite private feedback, my concerns were dismissed as being about "not getting anything for free," which completely missed the point, as my feedback was about the overall guest experience and hospitality. I was then blocked by the restaurant's Instagram account.
