Americans be aware- you are not welcome here. We tried with our family as it was greatly reviewed. The host wouldn't even acknowledge me. Then when I walked in with my father- we both speak German, she said "we are all booked, it is not possible". There was significant attitude & 4 tables empty. read more

This well established restaurant in the small town of Finkenwerder is one of the top locations if you want to eat sea food. The owner/cook likes to indulge his guests with fresh plain fish meals. The very small common card is completed with a variety of daily/weekly dishes. So freshness of the ingredients is guaranteed. The servings are quite large, so the price is more than justified. The service is fast and very competent, the guest room is small and cosy. The general experience is of an upper class restaurant.
