They have a all Chinese menu and they speak Chinese here. The owner is from Jiang Su. Very friendly. Tea is only 2 real for a whole pot. They also have a really painting of a cat in the old Chinese art style. It's very busy for lunch and most of the locals ordered the nai you man you. (Pan fried sweet buns). The "chive box" was very good (I am not sure what the name is in English, but it's a flattened dumpling that is fried, filled with chive and egg and little shrimp). You'd think they could get better proteins for that price. The proteins are substandard, stringy and full of cartilage and connective tissue. The cuts of meat that they use require low and slow heating, but they get the rapid, high heat wok treatment instead. The worst part is they use styrofoam containers for their delivery service and they pour the dish into the styrofoam while it's boiling hot.
