Absolutely delicious! Should have taken a pix before but we ate it so fast... because it was so damn good!

The pizzas were great. Super thin crust, which we love. It's a large and comfortable space with seating in the back of the restaurant (not on the street). They were open early, which we appreciated because we like to eat dinner around 6, quite a bit earlier than European standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had menus in English. I'm looking forward to bringing my leftover pizza back to my hotel room for later. It was too good to leave behind.

Charming space in quiet neighborhood. Restaurant seems relatively new, so they may have some kinks to work out. Good selection, service and flavors. Just something to be aware of: the is is a cash-only business, so plan ahead.

We just had a pizza and large beers which were fine. The service was good and the ambiance was friendly.

Definitely recommend making a reservation, I found it impressive that the hostess's reservation system was essentially a notebook and pen in this digital age. We did not see much of our waiter, since the restaurant was extremely busy and filled up with diners. Standouts: 1. Razor clams - I'll always get these if I see it on the menu. Cooked in this incredible garlic sauce. 2. Fish and seafood cataplana - delicious, tomato-forward seafood stew; I liked the version that we had the night before more which came with rice and was more filling. But this was basically a never-ending bowl of fish, clams, mussels, and shrimp. Add to that the fact that the restaurant like most in Porto did not have A/C and I emerged feeling like I had been sitting in a sauna. Skipped dessert; I had my eye on the Weeel! froyo truck parked outside. One more nit - the metal chairs are not comfortable at all for sitting a long time in.

We ordered a few tapas to share: croquets de alheira and croquets de codfish. Both were so good! We loved it. The star of the show though was the pork neck tacos! They were so delicious! So much flavor and perfect. I got the lemonade and it was just okay. Nothing special. Overall, would 100% recommend this place! Make a reservation if you can but if you can't, would still try to stop by!

On the 23rd, we both ordered the squid ink pasta. The waiter apologized that it was taking too long. It didn't seem long to us. We just knew that when our food arrived, that when our food would arrive that it would be amazing. Your next question might be, how did two tourist know the meal would be so good? I must've walked by this place a couple of times before deciding I wanted to check it out on my trip in Porto. Best decision ever! They are known for seafood in porto. I was able to try the cod risotto and a glass of wine (naturally in Europe) I'm still dreaming of the risotto to this day! This cute restaurant was in a little alley close to the main streets so it's pretty easy to find. It's always packed full of people. The staff is very attentive. They even have blankets to keep you warm if you're sitting outside. I recommend this place if you're in the area!

Nothing was bad, and the prices were absolutely outstanding! The food wasn't typical portugese, which is a nice break from the constant portugese standard fare which is served throughout Porto and the country. It is instead this creative, french-ified, Portugese fare that will never bore you, but may not be absolutely stunning at every turn. However there will be moments when you are stunned. The service was unique and interesting - it was also personal, but you can't call it fancy or polished. I liked it better the way it was, but if you're going with your fancy grandma she might be disappointed. The wines are really good and well priced, though we might have had too much, which is always a problem I have in Portugal. They have great recommendations, or you can just buy bottles. My favorite dish was the over sized gnocchi - i've never seen anything like it in my life. The vegetable tartare with an egg yolk was also great. I liked it all, but some things didn't hit as hard as others. We might be back, we'll definitely recommend. Don't expect a michelin starred dining experience, but also don't expect michelin starred prices.

We went there twice during our 6 day stay and will return if we go back to Porto in the future.
