We had bread with spreads, olives and cheese to start with a lovely vinho mindho 2021. We ordered grilled sea bass - whole fish salted and grilled perfectly. Accompanied with a fresh lettuce tomato and shaved onion salad dressed with local olive oil and light wine vinegar -- simple perfection.
