Giving glory to God for Restoration Dallas Chiropractic. I have been dealing with chronic illnesses for 25 years. Always tired, always hurting...anything that had to do with physical activity was becoming harder and harder. Unable to take walks with my granddaughter, unable to clean my house without pain. Growing older and just determining that this was it. Unsure about what retirement would be like. But God... I thank Him for his grace and mercy. Over a year ago, my wife Annie, slipped at work walking down some stairs. She caught herself before falling, but she hurt her back in a very specific spot. That spot became so painful, she couldn't sleep in bed laying down. She had to sleep in a recliner. After months of no change, we turned to these guys for help. They said her back needed alignment, which they would do through a 6 month program they offered. So, we got a $3,000 loan and she went through the treatments.. However, when the 6 months were completed, the pain in that one spot was never healed. Over a year later, and she's still sleeping in a recliner. Glad her back is straighter, but unfortunately, it didn't help the bigger problem. Now, we no longer live in Texas anymore, we're still paying off that loan, and I can't help feeling what a waste of time and money it all was. read more

Went here last year because i've been having back problems and decided to get things looked at! Got recommended here from a family friend decided to give it a try. The beginning proceeds is ridiculous. There should be no reason why I have to come back 3 times and the 3rd time is the time i'm able to get adjusted. I wanted to go thru my insurance and realized my insurance wasn't covered and decided to go with another place. They gave me a hard time about giving me MY x-rays. for one i paid for those X-Rays and i'm allowed my own medical documents. I will NEVER suggest this place to anyone. Way too expensive and everyone was pretty fake not reasonable at all! read more

Expensive. Talk about their pricing before you sign anything. You will get a lot of adjustments at the beginning. Then as they wind down, you are still paying for work already done. Then before you're done with that original time, they will do another evaluation and continue to charge you. Probably not a great place to go during a pandemic. Also, I was scolded for going one time not during my time. One time. After paying as much as I did I should be able to go whenever I felt like. Also, if you do research on the parent company and the products they push, they are involved with Scientology. LOL. read more

I have Lupus and Psoriatic Arthritis, through their nutrition teachings I found one source of my inflammation which caused me to take prescription medication. If you're looking for a place to go for simple adjustments, this is not it. I made an appointment (again, looking for a chiropractor to give me adjustments).. Agreed to the X-rays on the first visit.. Walked out without an adjustment. 2nd appointment I received an adjustment but get this.. They wouldn't talk to me about my X-rays without my husband! They insisted that I bring my husband back later in the week to go over my "treatment" and assuming all of their products etc that they push. I felt had and mad when I walked out. I should've just canceled my initial appointment after finding out they didn't take insurance (typically I pay $30 for a copay).. After paying $50 for each of my appointments ($100 total and they did take my insurance info so I'm going to look into whether they filed something as well) and getting only 1 adjustment and then treated like I was incapable of making my own decisions and HAD to bring my husband in..I cut my losses and found a real chiropractor. read more
