It was very easy to schedule my initial appointment, I simply called and there was a lot of availability to choose from. I had only been to one chiropractor before so I was curious to see how different it would be. My experience was amazing. The place itself was easy to find and the office was very quiet. I was shocked at how patient the doctor was. He took his time to do an assessment and get to know my needs. He thoroughly explained a lot of complicated things about how our body works in simple terms. After that intake conversation, he took me into another room that has an adjustment bed. I like how you don't have to immediately lay on it, the bed comes up so you can just stand at first (this is hard to explain but it feels cool!). He also has a massage bed in that room that he used in our other appointments before the adjustment. It is super relaxing! I appreciated the attention to detail and not feeling rushed through my appointment. I shared my struggle with plantar fasciitis because of my running and he even adjusted my feet! I didn't even know that was possible. Even after the first appointment, I could feel the difference in my step and pain level. I immediately felt so much better! He also suggested in-soles for my feet. I use them everyday now and they make such a huge difference. The soles he has are different from the ones you can find at stores or online. They are not made of gel so they are way more sturdy and long-lasting. Overall, amazing service! I highly recommend and my friend's experience also mirrored mine, so it is doubly reccommended.

I was referred by my primary care physician to Dr. Danya Josserand. Dr. Josserand showed me the injuries on the MRI and recommended surgery. She provided me a very detailed protocol to prepare for surgery, which I carefully followed. Surgery involved a rotator cuff repair, biceps tenodesis, with extensive debridement of the shoulder joint. After the surgery, Dr. Josserand recommended an excellent physical therapy group, with specific protocol instructions. The recovery took several months, but resulted in restored movement and no more shoulder pain. Dr. Josserand was caring, compassionate and shared her knowledge. I felt I could ask her questions and receive an easy to understand explanation of symptoms, restoration, and physiology. Office visits were on time and efficient. I was going to get 2 adjustments, an X-ray, massage, and therapy. First we had our consultation. This went fine however I could already tell his opinion was much different than both doctors I went to and the physical therapist I went to. (I was slammed on my shoulder in grappling). I now have issues with my AC joint due to swelling on the short head of my bicep. This chiro wanted to only look at my neck because he was certain the issue was due to my neck. So, we did some xrays. Not on my shoulder and not on my lower back (the two issues I went in about) only did xrays on my neck. he spent about 10 seconds looking at them and said I needed continual adjustments on my neck to fix my issues. The "therapy" was sitting on an estim unit for 12 minutes... No actual therapy. I have estim at my house I can do that whenever. We then get to the adjustments and he does my entire body which was neat. However, it ended up hurting my shoulder even more by the time I got to my car. He asked if I had sciatica and I said yes. BOOM now my sciatica is flared up still lol! My second appointment is supposed to be included in the groupon deal since we didn't do the massage or the other adjustment.
