My 2004 Suzuki Marauder VZ1600 stalled when I put it in 1st gear. I researched possible causes,…read morewhich included a bad side stand switch or bad hydraulic clutch safety switch. I cut the leads to the side stand switch and loope the ends together, but that didn't work. So, I called the Suzuki dealership in Middletown to make an appointment but the advisor said they didn't work on older bikes, just the newer ones. I was very disappointed to hear that! The advisor offered me a short list of possible shops in the area who would work on my bike. Of the four that I contacted via an online request for service, only Magnum Motorcycle Parts and Salvage responded, leaving me a message to "call the shop." I did and spoke with Leonard, the advisor/co-manager, who offered possible solutions to my issue, i.e., bad side stand switch, bad clutch safety switch, or stuck clutch plates! I took my bike to the shop on Friday morning in a rented U-Haul motorcycle trailer. The shop owner, Daniel, helped me unload the bike off the trailer. Daniel and Leonard were exceptionally helpful and said they'd get to it as soon as they could. The next day, Saturday, I got a call from Leonard and he advised me the bike was fixed. I couldn't believe it. I was expecting a long wait - weeks or longer. Leonard told me the clutch plates had stuck together (the oil acted like a glue) because the bike had sat in my garage over the Winter and most of Spring without being ridden. The service technician was able to separate the clutch plates, and he also welded the side stand wires back together. When I picked up my bike, I was thrilled when I started it and put it in gear and road it 20+ miles to my home. Daniel and Leonard were outstanding and very informative as to possible solutions. Excellent customer service and the tech did a great job identifying the actual problem with the clutch plates and then fixing my mistake, i.e., repairing the cut wires on my side stand switch. I would most highly recommend the Magnum Motorcycles for repairs. Their repair pricing was very reasonable, and they got to my bike quickly. The bike was fixed within a day after dropping it off. Now that's great customer service! Thank you Daniel and Leonard! You guys are awesome! Terry Prospect, KY

They never walk by without asking if they can help in any way. Very knowledgeable. Lots of side by sides and UTV's sitting outside to look at. The showroom is full of Motorcross, street and cruiser bikes. Plus slingshots and 4 wheelers. Lots of accessories also. Like shirts and pads and helmets galore. You can and will find something you want and I won't be held responsible for it....I warned you :) There's a service and parts department too. They do motorcycle course style training too for newbies.

Wow. Just treated like dirt by the place I bought my Polaris Ranger. We bought it brand new in 2020…read moreand have paid CC Powersports every year for servicing, purchased parts, etc. I always sent by Bennet Towing and everything went fine. Today I called as I always do and said Bennet is bringing it today. They said I had to come and sign in person first. But never said anything about not taking delivery. Bennet got there and called me and said they refused de3livery and said "I told that guy we wern't taking delivery without his signature" But the4y never said that. In fact I told him I'd be there just before closing. So I called Jose who I thought was the owner. And he kind "apologized" but wanted to scold me and demanded I get there in an exact amount of time or they would still not take delivery of the Ranger. So I said I will do a review and we will not be back. Treated us like dirt. I was about ready to buy a new one. Not at CC I wont. They were even rude to the Bennet's driver.

The number he gave me was a little high so I asked for a previous year model to see if I could get a better OTD. We agreed to a number on the 2025. He said his manager gave me the best deal they could do. I thought it over a couple days, then I told them I'd be ok with the deal and would come the following day to finalize since they wanted a 2k non refundable deposit. I called off work to get the deal done so I didn't have to do the 2k deposit to hold the bike. I went in, they looked at my bikes and said if I'm good with the number, do I want to go ahead and finance the little remaining balance after my trades. I said I was good with it, THEY RAN MY CREDIT, and came back and added 6k on top of the OTD and said they made a mistake and missed the number. AFTER RUNNING A HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT. the GM said it was his fault, but said he would make it right. He took 2k off the 6k they "mistakenly forgot to add back". I told them no deal. Shady business practice. How do you make a mistake after me calling and texting almost every day for a week asking for the number break down, and having 2 sets of eyes on it repeatedly? Don't recommend. Imagine if it's your first time buying, and you are trying to establish credit, this could ruin someone's chances of getting a loan later down the road. "sorry" doesn't fix credit scores.
