Sam's program was incredible for us as neither of us were into the idea of sitting down with a therapist. This has a very private feel. This course is easy to follow and to understand. We are taking our time with it but so far find it very helpful. We are talking about things I didn't even know were issues. It's broke down into parts and and lessons ending with an exercise. Every relationship has problem and every relationship has room to grow. If you feel your relationship is worth having and holding this coarse will only do it good. I highly recommend giving a chance even before you get married.
