I tried all sorts of things, traditional therapy, diet & exercise (which helped), medications (which temporarily numbed but then badly backfired) however, nothing seemed to have a lasting effect. The other two were just talking about things to do in the Las Vegas area since I had just moved here. And the two sessions that did have hypnosis or where he attempted hypnosis. It only lasted for a few minutes and I was never hypnotized. I decided not to return or attempt any other sessions when during our last session which did not include any hypnosis whatsoever, he commented on my hair and makeup. He said it looked like I was taking better care of myself than I had in our past sessions and then commented on my hair and makeup. I found that very unprofessional and strange. I thought it was odd to pay for hypnosis and not all the sessions attempted hypnosis. I was not seeking counseling from him in any shape or form other than hypnosis. And I was extremely disappointed.
