I had some time constraints getting started and they worked with me on that. They took X-rays - I was truly surprised at how crooked my spine was. They set up a treatment plan just for me. The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. Ramsey will help you understand the pre-adjustment routine which I am most impressed with. She will "hold your hand" through the whole process. She's awesome. Then either Dr. DeLong or Dr. Ropp will work your adjustment. They prepared a personalize at-home exercise plan for me.
