It's a yoga studio that is meant for all levels of yoga, so don't be intimidated! This is also a place for people with injuries/diseases that make movement more difficult. She always brings up that we should always keep in mind "no pain, no pain". I have progressed so much from her teaching in becoming able to live life pain free. Words cannot describe.
