Instead of a constructive conversation, I was hung up on by the receptionist. Shortly after, I received a text message stating that my appointment had been canceled. I understand that cancellations can be inconvenient for service providers, but clients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. A simple conversation would have gone a long way. I hope this business reconsiders how it communicates with clients in the future. I would give zero stars if I could.
