My sister had the açaí bowl with flaked coconut, peanut butter and strawberries. I was surprised how much I enjoyed mine but the smoothie topping ratio was off. I drive 25 minutes twice a week for over priced smoothies that I can make at home to be served by the rudest people ever and let's not get on wait times. Just a quick update here. Restore is my go-to place for raw organic juice when on the east side. I stopped by for a quick pick-up of juice. While I was disappointed the patrons inside weren't wearing masks, the workers were. Hand sanitizer was readily available at checkout. The gal assisting me literally gave me my juice in under a minute (it's already behind the counter), and I appreciated being in and out so quickly. During this crazy time, they still had a nice variety of juice flavors available. My favorite recently has been the Detox #1, with Apple, Beet, Carrot + Lemon. I also tried the seasonal Pineapple Mint. It wouldn't normally be my thing, but I actually really enjoyed it! It wasn't overly sweet and had an interesting flavor combination. Door was locked 15 mins before closing time. My 4 year said "but there are people in there it's not closed" and there were! People waiting in line to order and sitting. first review was 11/3/2016. We try and support local as much as we can but Restore has gone down hill. I went in and bought #6 NUT and avocado toast. The Nut drink was like watered down coffee, i mentioned this to them b/c maybe I got a bad bottle. She did tell me it has filtered water in it in addition to labeled that way and didn't offer any other option except "sorry". She was very truthful, the bottle does say filtered water (I'll joke and say the label is wrong b/c it should way 90% filtered water, 10% natural......) Also, I won't post how expensive this place is b/c I feel if you walk in you can afford it. Kinda like if you buy a sportcar, you can afford the gas and insurance. I really try to love Restore but it's not happening. However, I still visit every time I'm in town visiting family simply because it's the only juice/smoothie bar in the area. Each time I go it's hoping things have changed, but alas the service is still awful, and their variety/options are so basic/limited. The staff is simply disinterested and unwelcoming. I have never been greeted upon entering and there's literally no friendly chit chat or conversation. When I ask questions they have answers but it's very matter of fact. I wish there was a more welcome vibe or ambience. With regards to the smoothie menu ( I only get smoothies), their list of smoothies are all very similar and basic. I would love to see create your own smoothie options with more add-ins. Also it's $1.95 to make it green- kale/spinach but my smoothies are never green? I've even double checked, asking if they added greens. For an extra $2 bucks I'm hoping for a hint of green. I'll be back but PLEASE work on the customer service and maybe roars in some new smoothie combos or create DIY menu. read more

I've had Restore Cold Pressed juices before at Townhall in Ohio City, but this is my first time at one of their cafes. First of all, the space is amazing. It's modern with beautiful wood tables and chairs. They offer free wifi as well. It was a great place to study. They offer their signature juices along with smoothies, coffee, and a couple food options (acai bowls and avocado toast). I had the #3 smoothie which had raw cacao, coconut, banana, espresso beans, almond milk, and cold brew coffee. It was absolutely delicious. While it was $9, I was happy to pay for a healthy smoothie made with quality ingredients. So happy to have another health conscious business in the Akron/Cleveland area. To start, when you walk in the building you are immediately at peace due to the decor of the restaurant and the friendly team. This was my first time and wasn't sure what I would enjoy. If you've heard anything about this place, it's probably their açaí bowls! Let me tell you, they're as good as everyone claims! The environment at this restore is wonderful! You can come, study, and read a book, or you can bring a group of friends and get some clean eats! I haven't tried any other of their juices because I'm obsessed with their Nut one! Their smoothies and coffee are also amazing! My favorite things to get in my açaí bowl are blueberries, banana, granola, peanut butter, and strawberries! They have plenty more options also! Really cute little spot on the corner. There is plenty of free parking around. They have a pretty good selection of juices and bowls. We ordered the acai bowl with four toppings. They forgot about our order, so we were sitting there for about 10 minutes until I finally got up to inquire about it. It wasn't a big deal, and we weren't in a rush, but that's why I'm giving four stars instead of five. The food itself was delicious and a generous size portion. My experience was horrible!! I had never done a Detox before, and was excited and nervous at the same time. I was told it was a 24 hour wait after ordering. So the juice would be nice and fresh ( sounds great) well then I was told to pick up the order 48 hours later, I wasn't able to do because of work. No big deal I would pick up my order on Thursday.... I did and my juices had a date that expired the next day!! This wasn't cheap it was 190.00 for 3 days! Then the manager starts making up excuses. Very disappointed in my whole experience. And to top it off I got no compensation for my time or my gas! I experienced severe muscle cramping and nausea. I would NEVER do a raw juice cleanse again. I've tried most of them, but my top two favorites are the number 2 and the number 5. I'll admit that 2 sounds kind of weird: Pineapple | Mango | Spinach | Kale | Banana | Peanut Butter | Almond Milk. Kale and peanut butter?? I don't know how, but it works. And it works reallllly well. To me, the 5 (Pineapple | Banana | Mint | Cacao Nibs | Whey Protein | Spirulina | Almond Milk) is reminiscent of mint chocolate chip ice cream. I dig those cacao nibs.
