The best thing about Panera bread? Well, other than their amazing bagels and pastries of course? Their sip of the month club! As traveling AdVANturists this comes in super handy. Unlimited drinks every 2 hours across the country? Why yes, please and thank you! Stopped at this location to get a beverage and split an Asiago bagel with cream cheese. As always, both of these products were as to be expected. No complaints on either! Parking as this location is hairy at best. Busy parking lot with lots of self centered drivers. Make sure your insurance is current and pay attention! Whoever designed the parking lot should consider a different line of work. Interior is your typical Panera. But the flow is horrible! The entry is crowded and how people would move around to get food and sit down is convoluted. On top of the poor flow of human feet, the bathrooms are super small, gaps in the stalls far too large (peeping eyes beware) and someone needs to do a good detail. On the upside? The patio here is HUGE and super nice. Half covered with a roof and half with umbrellas. Saving grace for such a poorly designed interior. What has happened to Panera? Used to be a favorite place for lunch. I have tried them in a few different locations but sadly all the same, disappointing. The broccoli soup still very good the the sandwiches are not. I ordered the avocado bacon sandwich expecting a BLT type sandwich. The bacon was bacon bits, who does this? The sauce on the sandwich a very colorful not great tasting sauce, I could have done without. Go back to the good stuff Panera! read more

We stopped going here about 10 years ago when we were constantly paying high prices for sandwiches and literally getting like 3 tiny hunks of chicken on a giant piece of bread. I wish I still had the photos from back then. So today we decided to see if anything has changed and give them a try after 10 years. NOPE!!! If anything, it's worse. We ordered online and picked up. They gave us an apple with black spots, they forgot to give us a bag of chips, and my frontego chicken looked nothing like their website. Again, an overpriced bready sandwich with hardly any chicken. Pretty disappointed in this place and now each time we go to Panera. No choices for vegetarians and no bowls options either. Asked if it was possible to make the chicken Chipotle sandwich with no chicken. The cashier said yes, but we don't have chipotle sauce for months. Ok,... so what does it come with? "I don't know she said". Also their menu in the store is not clear and does not list the Ingredients. So very expensive place but pretty disappointing overall. The service was TERRIBLE! No one in line before I order my early dinner. I order and go fill my drink. Three employees are having a discussion while I sip my iced tea. They start to prepare an order after a couple of minutes of doing nothing but chatting and then call Joe's name. I'm Jim! So I continue to wait. When my chipotle chicken sandwich arrives it is cold in the middle. So the food is TERRIBLE too! As I ate, I could hear the two guys and the girl chatting it up again. Both the dark roast and light roast coffee dispensers were empty the whole time I was there. Not a decaf or hot water person especially when I pay for a coffee. They were not refilled while I was there for at least 30minutes. Second I ordered my food for sit in service and then asked for that to be changed since I didn't want to eat there. The lovely prick gave me a bag so I could then drop my sandwich into. Mind you I never left the pick up window. Guess that's above his pay or service level. Not worth the money or time. read more

We have stopped here twice in the past month out of convenience. Both times most tables in the place were empty but all were filthy. The floor and walls were pretty gross too. Many have mentioned about bad service at this location. After my experience today I have to agree that it's very true. I went there today to pick up curbside order. I ordered 11 bagels and a tub of cream cheese. They placed the tub of cream cheese under all the bagels which I didn't see because logic would tell me not to do that if I was packing the order. So I called to let them know. The girl told me she would bring out a new one. However, the angry bagger came to my car with gloves on asked to see my bag. I gave it to him and he proceeded to rummage through the bag and rudely told me it's at the bottom of the bag. Ehh we are in COVID season with stay at home order and this guy came from the back of the kitchen, through two doors expecting me to believe his gloves remained clean to touch my food. I don't think so unless he is Jesus and opened the doors with his eyes. I went in and asked for new bagels. The girl at the register had to explain the situation to five different people. Just ask the manager, girl. After that she tried to reassure me that his gloves were clean. Yeah, ok, then you eat the bagels. They didn't have the bagels I wanted so I asked for a refund. So the girl again told five people then finally got to the source who can refund the total. Well, guess who it was? The bagger I guess is also the manager I suppose as he is the one who refunded the money. Before he refunded the money he told me I can't have the bagels if I want a refund. Ehh yeah, obviously, guy. Today I used my lunch time to pick up a sandwich and cookie that I ordered using Rapid Pickup. My order was ready when I arrived. I did not "check" my order that was supposed to be a 1/2 Grilled Cheese w/tomato and bacon and a chocolate chip cookie. When I arrived back at my office to eat my lunch I was very unhappy! The last few times I have eaten there...there is not enough help at lunch time. This is a very busy location especially when school is not in session. I feel like they need to plan better for their busy times. The coffee near the front has been been out both times at lunch. Panera is a great bakery and cafe chain. You can never lose when ordering. There are a variety of menu items, from bagels and pastries to soup and sandwiches, and many more options. Bread is the basis of this chain. Every week, we get breakfast from Panera. The pastries, souffls, and bagels are excellent. For lunch and dinner, the soups, sandwiches, and salads are superb. For dinner, the Crispani pizza is absolutely wonderful. Panera is a great chain where you can always count on getting a great meal. read more

I always go to this panera, and it's usually fine when I eat there. Carry out is a different story.... the employees work ethic is not very good, and seem to take their time with everything. I didn't realize how bad my local Panera was until I went to other ones and saw how much better they were. The food is so inconsistent. I always get the green goddess salad and half the time it looks OK at half time it looks awful. Last time my friend and I got the same exact salad Hers looked good and mine look like unappetizing crap. For $10 I shouldn't have to search for my tomatoes and other toppings. There was hardly any lettuce and items were missing. When I brought it to their attention she told me my friends salad looked "too good" that they overfilled it. And then argued with me when I told her there was no bacon and very few tomatoes in my salad. She nastily took it back and dumped bacon on top. Didn't offer to remake it. It still looked small and bad, but I decided it wasn't worth the fight and left it alone. Had the opportunity to go to the Macedonia Panera twice this past month. Night and day. The salad looks exactly like it should. Also, I've never seen such a skinny bagel as the one they make here. And when you order them to go they try to pass off the smallest, thinnest, poorly cooked bagels they can because they assume you're not looking. Don't eat at this Panera. Horrible. I just bought what was supposed to be Southwest Chile lime ranch salad. It is not. I would call it randomness with mustard and a 1/2 of a rock hard avocado. I came in the evening to order two dozen bagels for the next morning. The manager, Christine, happily gave me wonderful suggestions on favorite bagels ordered and baked them fresh for me that evening. I returned in one and half hours my order was complete. The worst Panera Bread I have ever tried. I have been to this location two times and each time was getting worse. It's a Panera Bread but the service you get is worse than I usually get at places like McDonalds. Sorry McDonalds sometime you do better service. In my first visit the service was slow and I did not get all my food plus no utensils!!! In my second visit i got salad with spoiled cucumber I swear it was spoiled talked to the manager and she addressed my concern. After my lunch i ordered a coffee latte and i did not get it right plus i had to wait forever to have it ready. Panera has a great environment, yummy food, and kind workers. Whenever I have lunch or dinner here, I am able to complete my work and enjoy a tasty meal. I tend to order, my favorite, the Apple Fuji Chicken Salad. The chicken is moist, the apple chips are delicious, and the dressing is to die for. A problem I have, repeatedly, is the small amount of dressing they put on. I don't normally choose to have lots of dressing on my salad, but they put such a limited amount on, it results in tasting like plain lettuce toward the end of your salad. Overall, I believe this Panera is a healthy option and definitely worth going to if you want to have a relaxing meal. read more
