I heard people talking behind the frosted glass, but the window remained closed. This worked and staff opened the window and handed me a clipboard with the paperwork they wanted me to fill out (paperwork they told me they would email me when they called me the day before). At this point I was too irritated by their disrespect of my time to continue with the appointment. The irony is I received no less than a dozen texts and emails leading up to my appointment telling me to respect their time and show up early. I have experienced long waits at doctor's offices before... but that is usually because the doctor is taking extra time with patients. That I understand. But chit chatting about breakfast tacos behind a closed window ignoring the fact that your first appointment of the day has been sitting idle in the waiting room for a quarter of an hour is just bad business.
