I have been a loyal customer of the iCryo therapy business ever since founder Kyle Jones had a small corner lot area off of Clear Lake city Boulevard and Highway 3. I would on and off buy services depending on my financial situation until one day I discovered the location had closed. Looking for the freezing relief, I found that Bergeson Chiropractor in Friendswood offered the Cryo and IV drip services, but soon after, they canceled the Cryo services due to machine issues. I came across iCryo again in 2020. I visited the League City location and became a client ever since. I have been buying my IV and Lifestyle packages without many issues. Since back in 2020 COVID had exploded, I asked if those packages could be used by my parents ( I could not afford buying three packages for all of us, but I was trying to do anything I could to keep them safe); the answer was yes, all packages are sharable. Years passed with only minor customer service issues; but later, packages not only went up but almost doubled in price, a doctor assessment payment was added to the cost for each member every year, and new nurses would bruise our arms badly trying to get an IV going; there was a time my vein became wiry and painful and lasted months to heal (that was due to injecting the vitamin C directly instead of diluted). On top of that, new team members' tempers were raising with very little communication and lots of rudeness. I stop going as often hoping I would get a better and nicer TEAM later; the turnaround was bad there! In addition, services under my packages started to disappear! The first time I thought, well, maybe I looked at the wrong packages when looking at my app prior to my service, but the second time it happened, I called the iCryo office and at first I was told no, "you are wrong", but I was later given a call back saying: "the error was found and the service was added to your package again". It made me wonder how many times that was done! But, I kinda understood that according to them, they did not have the sharing capabilities like before, but, they were still honoring the sharing of my packages deal which was offered to me at the beginning. That's not all! A couple of months back I tried using my HBOT package and I was told the machine had been moved to the Baybrook location and that I could use it there; they were offering an extra HBOT service for the inconvenience, which sounded like a fair resolution except, the location was not open yet and every time I called asking for an opening date, nobody knew! Plus, they also did not care to tell me that their League City location was closing to relocate! Now, they have my phone numbers, my email addresses, and advised for me to get their app, why not use one of those methods for communication? To make it worse, I called iCryo Baybrook trying to schedule services under my packages and I am now more than disappointed at iCryo; I am actually angry! The MANAGER at this location has poor customer service, she lacks communication and knows nothing about client interaction; her rudeness and incompetence were exposed in the short 5 minute phone call. The MANAGER was undermining and dismissive! In short, she can't care less about my concerns or about my unused services. I was pretty much dismissed and told to wait about nine months for the other location to re-open!!!!! Once I get my money back, my family and friends whom I referred to iCryo will stop using their facilities due to their rude, insensitive, and inadequate customer service. read more

The staff at the League City iCryo are extremely nice and do try to be helpful. However, the website lists hyperbaric oxygen therapy as one of the services. We were vacationing in the area and wanted to continue treatment while here. I spoke twice to the staff before our arrival. I asked about the details of the treatment and was passed from the front to the nurse on staff that day. I was told the pressure options in their hard side tank and I was told that tank has 100% oxygen. So on my arrival for treatment were very surprised that they actually do not have any supplemental oxygen. Their hard side chamber uses the 100% ambient AIR (NOT SUPPLIMENTAL OXYGEN) to pressurize the chamber. This is nothing but an expensive stationary airplane ride and not therapeutic in any way. Do not go here thinking it is HBOT therapy. HBOT requires oxygen! read more

The service was outstanding, the two ladies were very knowledgeable, patient, and professional with a whole lot of friendliness. I give them 5 stars! I'd give this place more than 5 stars if it was possible. I brought my 15 year old daughter here for a facial for her birthday. Donna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The facial includes the scalp. Donna explained to her before starting and throughout the process she made sure that she was doing ok. Her face was so soft afterwards. Donna talked to my daughter about her natural beauty. I cannot put into words how much that meant to me. My daughter is one of those teens that won't leave the house without caking on makeup, fake eyelashes, etc. I've tried so many times to tell her that she looks better without it caked on, but I'm mom so what do I know? Well, Donna, who is a VERY beautiful woman, talked to my daughter about her natural beauty and not to cover up her freckles. After leaving there, I don't know why I didn't get one as well. It's a nice place with cool amenities. I was, however, very disappointed that I was put in a -110 degree session. It is noted all over the website that I would receive a -220+ session (Level 3). I don't have any medical conditions and never mentioned of any. So, just getting put into a -110 (Level 1) session was not the full experience for which I was looking for. Other than the idea that they just want to "hook me in" and get to me come back, then it was quite disingenuous on their part. Why not ask me what I am looking for? Actually took my teen daughter to tried for the first time since she's a T&F Athlete and has a big meet coming up tmrw. She lasted the full 3 minutes and didn't even complain about the cold temperatures and says she felt very good afterwards, I'll definitely keep taking before/after her meets. In my case, I tried it many months ago and today just because I was already there so why not right! Before I did it I came from the gym after doing legs and if you go to the gym you know how leg day is! D: so I could barely walk and my legs were still shaking. Kendall was very rude to me when I was trying to get clarity on your policy. I pay a monthly membership, of which I haven't been able to fully utilize. I had Covid in September, and I was out of town for much of August and October. During my previous visit In October, I explained that I had just got over Covid and that I would be out of town the rest of the month. When I asked to cancel and start back up upon my return, I was told I would loose all of my previous rolled sessions. I was also told not to worry because they rolled over from month to month and would accumulate. Today, when trying to verify again that my sessions rolled over from month to month, I was told they only roll for 60 days. This was a shock to me. when trying to explain what I was understanding, Kendall continued to cut me off in a flippant way. Very rude and poor customer service. She even said "You should've seen it on your policy when you signed up". I'm so disappointed in this experience, and I am canceling. Not only was I mis-informed at my pervious visit. I was treated as if I was an unruly random customer. Overall, no one should ever be treated this way, even with NO membership. read more
