He let me try out "the big squeeze", cryotherapy, and their cell health analysis which in their own words via their website, "uses electrical sonar to measure and track key measurements of your physical health." I just loved being able to see my body fat percentage and water weight amongst other factors. The cryotherapy was invigorating and the big squeeze was calming and felt almost like a massage. It was my first experience using red light on my face also. I enjoyed my visit here and would like to return to try other therapeutic activities.

It is very relaxing and I feel rejuvenated after every visit. I have come with my husband on date night and he loves it as well. We bought a monthly membership. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his business. The saunas are always clean and smell great with aromatherapy. They also provide you with cold water and cold, wet towels to cool down afterwards. You have an hour per session and can get out and cool down whenever you need. I'm really happy I found this place!

In addition they do currently have the rapid boost recovery compression sleeves which I'll come back to make use of single I'm an endurance athlete. They also have the ion magnum sessions you can book. They plan to have the cryotherapy soon and I'm excited to try that as well. They have been really nice and explain everything you need to know about the sauna system and light treatments. This time around they also added a back rest in the saunas which is really nice to lay against. Their iPhone adapter doesn't work on all phones so I either just listen to chill music right on my phone or the radio they have setup. I love that they have cold water and cups for you setup in the rooms. They also provide additional towels and clean wipes for after. The best part is the cold towel when you finish. It's so refreshing! You can lock your room and there's plenty of space for your belongings. Each session is approximately 45 minutes for the sauna.
