The healing benefits on my body and inflammation have been great. Lauren was great and very friendly and I was able to get in and out in fairly short order. I think one other review griped about false medical claims. My view is that alternative therapy can always have an element of voodoo and it might not work for some. I've found it great personally but I don't believe for a second claims of elevated calorie burn etc. Give it a try. First two sessions are $60 or $30 a piece which is a great deal.

Appointments are easy to make. I am a big fan of cryo and have had great experiences the times I've used it on different body parts. What I like is that I can do a few whole body sessions and then my pain is gone for like a year or two. But even if I had to do it every couple of months, I'd still do it. In the long run, cryo is less costly, less time consuming and actually works pretty quickly. Glad this place is around and that it's close. They have other interesting services that I might actually be interested in trying. Definitely recommend Capital Cryo!

I spent this summer traveling, the UAE, Florida, Western Caribbean and I got an AMAZING tan, but what wasn't amazing was my tan lines. My tan wasn't even, depending on what was covered, determined what wasn't tanned. So getting a spray tan was key, while the spray tan wasn't able to perfect my tan, it did even it out to a degree, and the shade they chose for me looked so good. The tan got on my workout clothes a little, I do not recommend wearing skin tight clothes after getting a spray tan but it washes out immediately!

This was impossible for us given the situation we were facing and that it was $1000's of built up credit. They did not budge on even consider a partial refund or extending our deadline. For that I cannot recommend this place to anyone. During these crazy times we're in, you hope businesses have compassion when personal issues arise for their customers but this proves it always comes down to profit.

Its super close to where I am. This past Tuesday night, I took a hot pilates class with Jay Houston and that class was packed like sardines. There was probably 60 people in the class and it was a very hard class. Im in decent shape and man this class was really testing me. And it was beyond hot. Im glad I got thru it but not sure I wanna take this class on the regular. I just no longer feel like thats what my body needs. Tonight, I took a Flext class with Scarlett Salem and wow this class was soooo good and definitely my speed. It was heated and we did a lot of really great hip and low back stretches that I love and need. Instructor was very good, very clear and I enjoyed every minute of this class! 10/10! The heat was set just right and I still sweated a lot but also got in a really deep stretch session but not to the point where I felt it was overwhelming. I will try to come to more of these Flext classes before I leave. Really great intro offer and Im really loving my yoga practise here! Thank you!
