Gentle during each treatment and gave me a brief overview of what it was, what to expect and what it does. At the end my skin looked and felt great and the experience was wonderful. Their location is tucked into the corner of a busy and small square and you could miss it if you are not looking for it. Sadly the parking is not great due to the amount of businesses in the same area most notably a Trader Joe's. I look forward to returning and trying some of their other treatment options in the near future.
