I opted for the cryotherapy, Whole body. In the dressing room, I put on their socks, gloves and slippers. I wore their robe into the chamber. I don't know why I initially thought I'd be wet, but cryotherapy is not water. It's cold air. It was like walking into a freezer at a restaurant, if you've ever worked in the food service industry. First timers get 3 minutes in the chamber. It's a stand up chamber with a frosted glass window so you can see out. I did not feel claustrophobic. It was set at -122 and snow flurries were moving about. My eye lashes and arm hairs had tiny icicles on them! I shivered a bit but it wasn't bad. You have the option to have music or not. There is also a timer and a lighted bar that give you a heads up to the remaining time. It seemed very fast. Upon entry and exit, they take your temperature. They want to be sure you don't get too cold and they use that data for future sessions. The socks, gloves and robe are laundered, so there's a hamper for the used items. They have other therapy as well- theragun, compression boots, sauna etc. I gave four stars because I feel like I should have received a more comprehensive treatment plan, such as recommendations on how many sessions, how frequent, and what to expect - some sort of flyer or information. As a newbie, I have no idea going in what the mechanism of cryo is etc, so it would be nice to know. I do plan on going back. They have memberships for those who wanna take advantage of their many services. They also have some online specials if you check out their IG. My session was $35.
