The next day, I called to schedule an appointment for Thursday 9:45am, the only other time I'm off work and have childcare this week. Instead of booking me, they told me to call back Thursday morning 9am because the person on duty didn't know the schedule for that day. That didn't make sense to me -- I didn't want to wait until the last minute to find out if they could fit me in, especially when I'd have no time to find another option. Because of this, I booked an appointment elsewhere. It's disappointing that they couldn't accommodate a walk-in and also made scheduling an appointment unnecessarily difficult.
